In her continuing effort to promote literacy and a love of reading Alora has been running Reading Radio for almost two years. Reading Radio has been nominated for the Columbus Podcast Awards, arts category. Alora records and edits the shows additionally she manages the website for Reading-Radio.com using STEM skills she has learned over the years in Girl Scouts and as a homeschool student.
Alora loves working with children and can be found working in the “Little Kid’s Space” at COSI (Our local science Museum), volunteering with younger Girl Scouts, babysitting or volunteering at the local library. She sees the vital need to help other kids read and truly appreciate literature which led her to create Reading Radio.
